We are fortunate in the Pacific Northwest to have a ridiculous number of great local farms so this isn't a contest. The farms are listed in alphabetical order as there is fun to be had at all of them. However, there are some of Above and Beyond moments and cool features so I listed those below before getting to the complete list. This list includes most of (hopefully all of) the pumpkin patches around Snohomish County. The titles and pics link to each farms website or Facebook page for more information. Harvest time theme; nothing scary; lots of baby animals. Families, couples, and individuals who want to buy pumpkins and see chicks, ducklings, calves, sheep, goats, ponies, pigs, and rabbits are welcome and will enjoy their time at the farm. Snohomish, WA 98290 Whether you're looking for big pumpkins or little ones, gnarly and bumpy pumpkins or round and perfect ones, bright orange pumpkins or ghostly pale ones, you can pick your own at the expansive 45-acre pumpkin patch at The Farm at Swan's Trail. You can also go apple picking for Honeycrisps (if there are any left!) and Jonagolds. Memories and pictures abound as children, families and school tour groups search for the perfect pumpkin. The patch is open throughout the month of October. We have a large picnic area, many concession stands with wonderful fall food, a bakery and an espresso stand which is open daily in the fall. We hope you will join us. We have included corresponding activities, some are free, some aren't, but no worries it's summer time and NOTHING is mandatory - it's all just FUN! Week 4 - MUSIC, SOUND & MOVEMENT!FREE: Wednesday, August 13th - 6:30pm - 7:30pm Instrument Petting Zoo Bring the entire family down for an hour of music and learning. Children will have the opportunity to touch, play, and learn about a variety of instruments. Musicians will be on hand to demonstrate the different instruments and show kids how to play each one. This is a perfect opportunity to get your child interested in music.
